Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Barista to greet customers warmly, craft a range of coffee beverages and teas, and share our menu stories with care and allergen awareness. You’ll keep the coffee bar clean, follow COSHH and food-safety standards, and contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare and serve coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks to standards.
• Share the menu and provide recommendations; follow allergen procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar per schedules and COSHH.
• Follow health and safety and food safety guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and restock; use till systems for payments.
• Provide excellent service and resolve customer issues.
• Support the team with other tasks as needed.
