BaxterStorey is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional coffee and hospitality in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers warmly, prepare a range of beverages, and share menu knowledge while ensuring allergen procedures are followed.

• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards.
• Help serve on hot counters during lunch service.
• Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules and COSHH standards.
• Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
• Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed.
