Our Site Director, Dan, and his team at Magor Services on the M4 near Newport are looking for an energetic and adaptable Supervisor to join their Costa team.

You will be part of the prestigious Costa brand, creating and serving delicious Costa drinks, sweet pastries, and freshly prepared food. This role offers your first taste of leadership and responsibility by supervising and motivating the team to promote sales and deliver a great customer experience.

What will set you apart?

It is essential to have previous experience in a supervisory role, whether in a coffee shop, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek someone passionate about customer service, ensuring everyone leaves with a smile.
