Job summary

SSP Group is hiring a Barista at Manchester Airport (AIRSIDE). The role is fixed-term, part-time, until end January 2027, with pay of £12.85 per hour, rising to £14.05 per hour for hours between midnight and 6 AM.

Working 24 hours a day with shifts starting from 3am, across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. You will engage customers, deliver excellent service, and work with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earnanextra £1.20 per hourfor hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing yourrate of pay to£14.05 per hour.

Please note this 24h operation with shifts starting from 3am.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• As a Barista you will believe in the power of people & believe that today is going to be a good day.
• You will be passionate and kind whilst always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to some responsibilities within theBaristarole, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to serve alcohol.
