Job summary

SSP Starbucks at Leeds Bradford Airport is hiring a Barista on a fixed-term contract through December 2026. You will work varied shifts, earn £12.85 per hour with a potential £1.20 night-rate uplift, totaling £14.05 per hour in eligible hours, and help serve customers in a fast-paced airport setting.

Experience in hospitality and customer service is valued. You will join a lively team, support product knowledge, and ensure a clean, welcoming unit across flexible weekdays and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is required.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check are required.
• Applicants must be 18+ to perform certain tasks and handle alcohol.

BARISTA – STARBUCKS, LEEDS BRADFORD AIRPORT

Fixed term contracts until end of December 2026 available!

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour.

Shift pattern between 2am and 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Shifts may extend until the final flight departure, including during occasional flight delays.

About You

• You buzz off working with people, staying active and having a laugh along the way.


• You’re positive, kind, and bring good energy to every shift.


• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.


• Due to some responsibilities within theBarista role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to sell and handle alcohol.


• You have previous hospitality experience.
