Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking a trained Barista to join the team at BB Soho in London. You’ll craft delicious hot beverages with flair, engage customers at the counter, and adapt to changing service needs to ensure everyone feels welcome and looked after.

You’ll bring experience in a service environment, cash handling, and till operation, with opportunities for development and progression within a supportive team that values great coffee and outstanding guest care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality hot beverages to standard
• Manage the counter queue during busy periods
• Assist customers with allergies and special requests
• Handle cash and operate tills accurately
• Maintain merchandising and stock rotation across the counter
• Support service with a positive and engaging attitude
• Receive training and development to grow within the role
