Job summary

Costa Coffee in Scotland is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll train and develop Baristas, energise the team, and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence.

Flexible shifts are offered to suit the store and staff needs. Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative, and calm under pressure, with experience as a team leader or willingness to step into the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or stepping into the Team Leader role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of coffee service standards and customer care.
• Reliable and accountable with a positive attitude.
