Costa Limited is seeking a Team Leader for our Cannock store. You’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to fit the store’s needs.

You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise your team, and maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence, using resourcefulness to keep everything running smoothly. This role values reliability, strong communication, and a proactive leadership mindset.
