Costa Coffee in Stevenage is seeking an energetic Team Leader to support each shift, train Baristas and uphold our coffee and service standards. You will lead by example, communicate clearly with your team and stay composed under pressure, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a café or service team is preferred.
