Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the store team, ensuring smooth shifts and outstanding guest experiences. The role focuses on leading, training Baristas, and maintaining Costa’s high standards in coffee quality and service.

You'll motivate your team, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing needs on the shop floor, all while delivering warmth and consistency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates reliability and ability to stay calm under pressure.
