Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train and support new Baristas, energise and motivate your team, and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence.

This role requires reliability, teamwork and the ability to stay calm under pressure, with flexible shifts to suit the store. Costa Coffee values diversity and community impact through the Costa Foundation.
