Costa Coffee in Swindon is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the shift, train and guide Baristas, and uphold high standards of coffee excellence across the store.

You will lead with confidence, communicate clearly, and motivate the team to deliver great service. Flexible shifts and a friendly, inclusive environment reflect our values and commitment to customers and colleagues.

• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
