Job summary

Costa Coffee in Glasgow is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll train and motivate baristas, uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence, and help the store run smoothly.

This role suits a reliable team player with strong communication, calm under pressure, and readiness to lead or step into leadership. Flexible shifts and Costa Foundation values accompany a friendly, fast-paced work environment.
