Team Leader (Barista Maestro)

Location: Costa St Andrews, 83 Market Street, St Andrews, Fife, United Kingdom

Hours: 24/30 hrs per week

About the Role

Starting pay of £12.33 – 13.33 per hour, increasing with training to £12.83-13.83 depending on store location.

As a Barista Maestro, you'll gain leadership responsibilities, accountability, and autonomy. Your duties include managing daily operations, stock, health & safety, store marketing, and more. Your focus will be on creating uplifting customer experiences and inspiring your team to prioritize excellent service.

Responsibilities
  1. Leading shifts to support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  2. Maximizing sales by leveraging team talents
  3. Training and accrediting new Baristas
  4. Learning and sharing new recipes and product ranges
  5. Maintaining high standards in product quality and customer service
About You

A passion for coffee and people is essential. Additional qualities include:
