Job summary

Costa Coffee in Rushden is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the store team across shifts. You will train new Baristas, drive high service standards, and nurture a positive, confident team environment. The role requires reliability, clear communication and the ability to stay calm under pressure while adapting to busy periods.
