Job summary

Costa Coffee in Olney is hiring a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead by example, train and support new Baristas, and help maintain coffee excellence and customer service standards on a busy shift.

We value a reliable, communicative team player who stays calm under pressure, adapts quickly, and can energise a team during opening hours from Friday to Monday. 50% staff discount is available across Costa-owned stores.
