Job summary

Costa Coffee in Norwich is seeking a part-time Team Leader (25 hours) to energise and support the cafe team. You will lead shifts, train Baristas and ensure coffee excellence while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

The role offers flexible hours and a focus on delightful customer experiences. Costa provides local community involvement through its Foundation and opportunities to grow within the team.
