Role Overview

As a Barista Maestro at our St Aubins location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of coffee and customer service. You will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to company standards
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the coffee bar
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
• Maintain inventory of coffee supplies and place orders as needed
• Train and mentor junior barista staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Barista certification is a plus
