Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to guide shifts, mentor baristas and ensure smooth service with energy and confidence. You’ll lead training, motivate the team and uphold coffee excellence across every interaction.

Flexible shifts are offered, reflecting the store’s needs. The role emphasises reliability, teamwork and strong communication, with a supportive environment that values growth and customer-focused service.
