Starting Salary and Progression

Starting pay of £12.33 – 13.33 per hour, increasing with training to £12.83-13.83 depending on store location.

Responsibilities

1. Lead shifts to support colleagues in delivering excellent customer experiences.
2. Maximize sales by utilizing team talents.
3. Train and certify new Baristas.
4. Learn and share new recipes and product ranges.
5. Maintain high standards in quality and service, including coffee excellence scores.
