Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient service, train and support new Baristas and energise your team to deliver great coffee and memorable moments.

You’ll work weekdays with a weekend day, enjoy store perks like free parking and staff discounts, and be part of a diverse, customer-focused team that values warmth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and mentor new Baristas.
• Reliable, energetic and calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work a flexible shift pattern.
