Job summary

Costa Coffee in Hull is seeking a proactive Team Leader to energise and support the store team during shifts. You’ll coach Baristas, uphold service standards and coffee excellence, and help drive friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll rely on reliability, communication, and a calm, confident approach to lead by example. Experience as a team leader or readiness to step up is preferred. The role includes flexible shifts and a strong emphasis on teamwork.
