Costa Coffee in Coventry is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the shift, train new Baristas, and maintain high service and coffee standards. You’ll lead with confidence, communicate clearly, and adapt to busy periods, ensuring a warm, efficient store environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, mature team players who can motivate others, collaborate with colleagues, and uphold Costa’s values while delivering great guest experiences daily.
