Costa Coffee in Bristol is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead a cafe team, coach baristas and help maintain outstanding coffee and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role rewards a proactive, reliable, and communicative leader who can train new staff, keep operations running smoothly and deliver Costa’s warm customer experience across busy periods.
