Job summary

Costa Coffee in Guildford is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to suit the store. You’ll train Baristas and energise the team while maintaining high standards in service and coffee quality.

As a reliable role model, you’ll lead by example, communicate effectively with your colleagues and stay calm under pressure. Costa values diversity, and through the Costa Foundation you’ll help communities locally and globally.
