Job summary

Costa Banbury is looking for a proactive Team Leader to energise and support the store team in Banbury, Oxfordshire. You’ll lead shifts, coach Baristas and uphold Costa’s standards for service and coffee quality.

As a Team Leader you’ll bring energy, confidence and excellent communication to every shift, while managing resources and maintaining a warm, efficient store environment in a busy location.

• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
