Job summary

Costa Limited in Southampton seeks a proactive Team Leader to energise the store, train Baristas and guide the team through busy service.

You’ll drive coffee excellence, maintain high standards across all aspects of service, and use your energy, communication and adaptability to keep operations running smoothly while delivering Costa’s warm, distinctive guest experience. This is a hands-on role requiring reliability, leadership presence and a collaborative approach with colleagues and managers.
