Role Overview

Starting pay ranges from £12.33 – 13.33 per hour, increasing with training to £12.83 – 13.83 depending on store location.

As a Barista Maestro, you'll gain leadership responsibilities, accountability, and autonomy. Your daily tasks will include managing operations, stock, health & safety, store marketing, and more. Your focus will be on creating uplifting customer experiences and motivating your team to prioritize excellent service.

Responsibilities

1. Lead shifts to support colleagues in delivering exceptional customer experiences
2. Utilize team talents to maximize sales
3. Train and certify new Baristas
4. Learn and share new recipes and product ranges
5. Maintain high standards of quality, from espresso to customer satisfaction scores
