Job summary

Costa Coffee in Dudley (Merry Hill, West Midlands) is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and support the shift team, ensuring smooth service and excellent coffee quality. You’ll train new Baristas, energise the crew, and uphold Costa’s high standards while adapting to busy periods.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and a proactive approach to leadership. Training and development opportunities are available in-store.
