Job summary

Costa Coffee in Cannock is looking for a Team Leader to energise and coordinate shift teams, maintain service and coffee excellence, and support colleagues during busy periods.

You’ll train new Baristas, lead smooth operations, and foster a positive, reliable team culture with strong communication and resilience under pressure.

We offer flexible shifts, location-dependent pay of £13.75–£14.75 per hour and benefits including staff discounts, pension and share scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident in leadership.
