Job summary

Costa Coffee in Accrington is hiring a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead a small team at the Drive Thru, ensuring smooth service and great coffee.

You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise and motivate your team, and uphold Costa’s high standards of service and coffee excellence. We offer flexible shifts to suit you, with a supportive store culture and opportunities for growth.
