Job Title: Barista

Pay Rate: 13.50 per hour

Job Description:

We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours from 8am to 4pm. Whether you're seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Benefits include a free bus service for staff on the 21 or 460 routes.

We’re seeking Baristas with great energy, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and making a perfect flat white, we want to hear from you.

As part of our contract catering team, you’ll serve more than just coffee — you’ll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

1. Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order.
2. Providing friendly, professional service with a smile.
3. Assisting with light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness.
4. Engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
5. Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café (training available for the right candidate).
• Passion for great coffee and customer service.
• Reliable, confident, and team-oriented.
• Calm, positive attitude, even during busy times.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings and lunchtimes.
