Job summary

Boyne Resorts at Sunday River is seeking a front-of-house Barista to craft classic Italian espresso drinks and modern beverages. You will engage guests, describe menu items, and work in a fast-paced resort setting with day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Training is provided to ensure product knowledge and excellent service. Responsibilities include POS operation, help with drink choices, maintaining cleanliness, inventory updates, and collaboration with BOH and FOH teams to

Qualifications

• Related experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of guest service and help with drink choices if needed.
• Answer questions, take payments and prepare all beverages ordered in a timely manner.
• Always maintain a clean and organized workspace and operate under health code requirements.
• Restock throughout the day during slower periods.
• Learn point of sale system and accurately take payments and orders.
• Complete opening and closing shift duties and side work, including set-up and sanitization.
• Inform guests of menu choices and promote area activities.
• Communicate with Manager regarding supplies and repairs.
• Assist with bar inventory counts once a month.
