Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Proven Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining composure
• Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or leisure establishment
• Knowledge of cafe environment
• Experience in guest relations or front-of-house operations
• Proactive approach to personal development and career progression within hospitality

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and efficiency
