Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a driven Barista on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) to craft beautifully prepared drinks for a major High Street brand. You will deliver first-class service, handle payments, keep the bar area clean, and contribute to a positive brand image across our venues.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare blended drinks and serve high-quality food.
• Keep the bar area clean and organised.
• Receive and process payments (cash and card).
• Communicate effectively as part of a team.
• Maintain stock of mugs, plates and cleaning supplies.
• Learn brewing methods, beverage blends and presentation techniques.
• Check brewing equipment for proper operation and maintenance needs.
• Represent a major High Street brand and uphold its image.
• Adhere to Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards.
