Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Barista to support a major High Street brand in Barnsley on a part-time basis (10 hours per week). You will craft beverages, deliver first-class service and help maintain a welcoming café environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment is advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing drinks and serving food to customers.
• Keep the bar area clean and well stocked.
• Handle payments (cash and cards) accurately.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate clearly.
• Learn brewing methods and beverage presentation techniques.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and the brand positively.
