Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Barista on a part-time basis (8 hours/week) to craft beverages for Costa in high street venues. You will deliver first-class service, handle payments, and maintain bar cleanliness while learning brewing methods and presentation techniques.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with brewing equipment. You will contribute to a positive brand image and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates.
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques.
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
• Representing Costa and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.

As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.
