Job summary

Moto Hospitality is recruiting a Barista for Tamworth Services. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare a range of drinks and toasties while upholding brand standards. You’ll work nights (10pm–7am), including weekends, in a fast-paced environment on site at Tamworth Services.

Weekly Pay

What you'll be doing as a Barista:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade

We're looking for someone who can effortlessly switch gears—thriving in fast-paced, high-energy environments while staying equally focused and productive in quieter, more independent settings. This role requires a dynamic individual who brings calm to the chaos and momentum to the lulls, ensuring consistent performance no matter the pace. Barista - £14.83ph

Shifts: 10pm to 7am, 2 nights in 7 per week, will include weekends
