Join Our Team as a Barista at Costa - One Retail

We are currently recruiting a driven Barista to craft beautifully prepared drinks for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted for 20 hours per week. As a Barista, you will deliver exceptional service and expertly brewed coffees, with opportunities for growth within a company that values individuality and rewards employee dedication.

Shift Patterns: Variable shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing high-quality drinks and food to delight customers
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
• Processing payments via cash and credit cards
• Being an enthusiastic team player and effective communicator
• Managing stock levels of mugs and plates
• Learning brewing techniques, beverage blending, and food presentation
• Monitoring brewing equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Representing Costa and maintaining a positive brand image
• Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
