Job Details

• Title: Barista (1 Year FTC - Maternity Cover)
• Location: The Pavillions, Bridgwater Road Bristol
• Salary: £12.60 per hour
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours, no evenings

Role Responsibilities

1. Greet customers warmly and professionally
2. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and drinks following standards
3. Share menu stories and provide allergen information
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
5. Follow health and safety guidelines
6. Monitor and restock supplies
7. Use till systems for payments
8. Deliver exceptional customer service and handle complaints
9. Assist team with other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills
• Passion for customer service and coffee
• Previous experience in food service is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to challenges
