Overview

Pay - £7.55 - £12.21 per hour.

Our store in Carmarthen is looking for a minimum of 12 hours per week for the role of Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. The hours will be spread across the week and will include at least one Saturday or Sunday shift.

Dunelm’s coffee shops, affectionately called Pausa, are thriving, and it is our Coffee Shop Assistants who are central to their success. They contribute to various responsibilities, including preparing our delicious food and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and building strong customer relationships.

16-17 years old: £7.55

18+ years old: £12.21

What you'll be doing

As part of the team, you will:

• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene.
• Handle ingredients including dairy, nuts, and meat products.
• Serve hot and cold beverages.
• Prepare and serve food items, ensuring they are served at the correct temperature.
• Keep tables and dining areas clean and sanitized.
• Load and unload dishwashers.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area, and restaurant.
