Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve coffee, teas, and other drinks to our standards.
• Share menu knowledge and provide recommendations; discuss allergens.
• Keep the coffee bar clean and organised per schedules, COSHH, and company standards.
• Follow health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Use till systems to take payments and process orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
• Assist the team with other tasks as needed.
