We’re a coffee shop like no other, serving our 100% speciality Arabica Bru blend coffee, handmade gelato, vegan sorbet, freshly prepared food, and the best desserts in town. Bru offers a unique interior designed to suit everyday lifestyles, making it the go-to destination for working, relaxing, and socializing. Currently serving customers in London, Leicester, Cardiff, and planning to expand across the nation.

About The Role

Daily responsibilities include making coffee from our speciality Arabica beans, preparing our unique food and desserts, and developing your skills through training to deliver exceptional service and memorable customer experiences. You will also:

• Create hand-crafted speciality coffee, hot and cold
• Welcome and serve customers with a smile, creating memorable moments that encourage repeat visits
• Learn about our products to advise and recommend to customers
• Maintain health, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards across the store
• Support your team to have fun and deliver great customer experiences

About You

Being part of Team Bru means having a passion for coffee and working with diverse people. A desire to learn and improve is essential. No experience is necessary, but familiarity with coffee and hospitality is a plus. You should:
