Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Barista to bring energy, warmth and skill to every shift. You’ll serve great coffee, master the menu and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment while working with a close-knit team.

Flexible shifts support your needs and the store’s operations. We offer a competitive hourly rate (£13.12–£14.12 location dependent), a 50% discount on Costa-owned food and drinks, a matched pension up to 10%, a Coca-Cola share scheme and a Financial Support Fund.
