Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Barista to bring energy, warmth and skill to every shift. You’ll craft great coffee, master the menu and deliver a welcoming customer experience in a fast-paced team environment.

We offer flexible shifts and competitive pay (£13.12–£14.12 per hour, location dependent), plus benefits including a 50% discount on Costa-owned stores, pension matched up to 10%, a Coca-Cola share scheme and a Financial Support Fund.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/retail experience is a plus.
• Able to learn the Costa menu and maintain standards.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Be a positive team player with a can-do attitude.
