Job summary

Costa Coffee in Burton upon Trent is hiring a Barista to bring energy, warmth and skill to every shift. You’ll deliver great coffee and a welcoming customer experience while mastering our menu.

This role offers flexible shifts and a competitive hourly rate (£13.12–£14.12), plus store perks such as a 50% food and drink discount and a matched pension. You’ll work closely with a friendly team to keep the store running smoothly.
