Your key responsibilities as the Barista will consist of:

1. Ensure the full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented, and stocked at all times
2. Make coffees on a traditional machine. Previous experience is desirable.
3. Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients
4. Ensure the smooth operation of relevant equipment, reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
5. Operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are followed
6. Handle all complaints professionally and in line with procedures
7. Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents according to procedures

The experience and knowledge we are looking for in a future Barista include:

• Delivering or demonstrating customer service excellence
• Being a team player
• Catering and Barista experience is desirable but not essential
