EG Group operates Starbucks team at Heathrow North. We are seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join our welcoming team, delivering memorable customer experiences, crafting beverages, and supporting store sales with friendly service.

Location: Heathrow North, UB3 1LL

Hourly Rate: £12.95 per hour (Age 21+) £12.65 per hour (Age 18–20) £10.45 per hour (Age 16–17)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Starbucks Barista, your typical day could include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
• Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
• Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up-selling
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
• Monitoring product quality and temperature records
• Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times
