Job summary

Starbucks team at Stansted Airport is hiring friendly Baristas to deliver great coffee and memorable customer experiences. Full training is provided; you will learn to craft beverages to Starbucks standards and help run a fast, welcoming store.

We offer flexible shifts around your availability with minimum 8 hours per week, daily rate from £10.45 to £12.95 depending on age, and benefits including discounts and a bonus incentive.

Job description

Hourly Rate: £12.95 per hour (Age 21+) £12.65 per hour (Age 18–20) £10.45 per hour (Age 16–17)

As a Starbucks Barista, your typical day could include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
• Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
• Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up-selling
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
• Monitoring product quality and temperature records
• Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times
