Job summary

Euro Garages is hiring a Starbucks Barista in Rushden. You will help deliver a warm, welcoming environment, prepare iconic drinks, and provide friendly service with full training provided.

Shifts are flexible with full-time averages of 8 hours. Benefits include discounts across EG Cares platform and a quarterly bonus incentive. Allergens awareness and food safety procedures are part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Willing to train and learn barista skills.
• Availability for flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Recommend products and support store sales through upselling.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised, welcoming store environment.

Hourly Rate: £12.95 per hour (Age 21+) £12.65 per hour (Age 18–20) £10.45 per hour (Age 16–17)

As a Starbucks Barista, your typical day could include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
